Kaosiung

I had just 1 night in Kaohsiung but I saw a lot. Largely thanks to my couchsurfing host Tony.

Piano stairs at the metro station! Each step played a note

One of the public lakes in Kaohsiung. You can walk into the dragon.

Former train yard converted to public park just like taitung had. Very beautiful. Full of art and kite flyers.

View of Kaohsiung from the former British residence when they established a trading colony here back in the 17th century. British have been everywhere it seems.

Dome of light at the Formosa boulevard metro station. Apparently one of the most beautiful stations in the world. 'twas quite nice.
